We are still in September, aren't we?!

Very quick post just to say that I was in Somerfield this morning getting a few supplies and I noticed that they were selling Santa hats at the check-out!!

I understand that companies may well be trying to market their products for the overly organised amongst us who are buying their presents 3 months early - http://www.shopsafe.co.uk/christmas.asp But why would you be buying a Santa hat at this time of year?! Of all the things Christmas related I think the Santa hat favoured by stag do's and office parties would be one of the latest things to appear on the shelves and if for any reason you needed to wear one for a party or the like, why on earth would you think to go and buy it from Somerfield?!!
